  • You can use clean water, or a pet-safe grooming liquid only if it is properly diluted according to the liquid’s instructions. Avoid thick shampoo, oils, detergents, or sticky liquids because they may clog the mist outlet.

  • It works best for cats and dogs with medium, long, fluffy or shedding prone coats. Very short coats may collect less fur and may need repeated brushing.

  • Some pets may need time to adjust. Start with the mist turned off, let your pet smell the brush, then use short brushing sessions before turning on the cool mist.

  • Check that the tank has enough water, the mist outlet is clean, and the brush is held at a proper angle. Thick liquids or residue may reduce mist output.
