At LK Beauty Aesthetic, we extend this protection to offer a 30-day voluntary return window starting from the calendar date on which your order is delivered to your designated address.

Due to the personal nature of pet grooming products, strict hygiene standards apply to protect all animals and human caretakers. To qualify for a full refund or exchange:

  • Unused Condition: The item must be completely unused, free of any pet hair, dander, dirt, skin oil, or cosmetic residue.

  • Original Packaging: The grooming brush or roller set must remain in its original brand packaging, including all inner protective wraps, safety guards, instruction leaflets, and attached tags.

Non-Returnable Items: Grooming brushes or sticky roller sheets that show visible signs of use, animal hair contamination, or modified components cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons, unless verified as defective upon arrival.

  3. Pack and Dispatch: Safely pack the items in their original box. Mail the package directly to our official return facility:
