4.1 Shipping Rates & Threshold Structure
We strive to keep purchasing straightforward. We offer flat-rate pricing based on your order subtotal:

4.2 Processing & Fulfillments
All orders placed Monday through Friday are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or Belgian public holidays will be queued for processing on the following business day. Once your package is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be automatically sent.
4.3 Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
LK Beauty Aesthetic operates out of Brussels, Belgium. Orders shipped within the European Union are generally exempt from additional customs charges. For international orders outside the EU, customers are responsible for any customs tariffs, taxes, or clearance fees imposed by destination customs authorities.
4.4 Delivery Issues, Address Corrections, and Damaged Packages
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We cannot modify recipient details after a package leaves our facility. If your package arrives damaged, please document the outer box and affected products with clear photographs and email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
